Southern Indiana Classic Marathon and Michelob Ultra "Gear-Up Sweepstakes" 

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

This contest is sponsored by the Southern Indiana Classic Marathon, Michelob Ultra (Anheuser-Busch) Working Distributors and their agents. Hereafter the above will be referred to as "Sponsors" 

  1. Contestant must have a valid social security number and be 21 years of age or older. 
  2. Contestant is limited to one prize per household and/or address and can win only once. 
  3. Only one prize will be awarded per winner. "Sponsors" are not responsible for substitution prizes. Winner must provide their own government / legal documents. This is solely the responsibility of the winner. Qualifiers must possess valid picture identification. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited 
  4. Applicable taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. All participants automatically release to "sponsors" the right to use their name, voice, and likeness. 
  5. Employees of Anheuser-Busch, Working Distributors, or board members of Southern Indiana Classic Marathon and their families are not eligible to participate in this contest. 
  6. "Sponsors" are not responsible for loss of service to contest number from telephones and cellular phones due to overload, busy signals, hang-ups, disconnection or any other reason that may prevent any individual from participating in this contest. We are not responsible for any technical problems. 
  7. The "sponsors" reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to contest rules. Persons who enter a contest under a fraudulent name, age and/or social security number will be automatically disqualified from all contests, present or future. 
  8. "Sponsors" are not responsible for prize substitutions or other circumstances due to cancellations or rescheduling of events. "Sponsors" are not responsible for any prize deemed defective or insufficient or for failure to deliver on the part of any sponsoring agent or supplier. 
  9. "Sponsors" reserves the right to revise these rules at any time. "Sponsors" have the sole right to initiate and end contest play. Only "Sponsors" can declare the actual winners. All decisions made by "Sponsors" are final. 
  10. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible participants.
  11. Only Valid Ultra Words will be accepted.
  12. If not present at drawing, prize must be picked up within 30 days from April 11th, at Working Distributors 2800 Diego Drive Evansville, IN 47715 between  8am - 4pm.
